As you know I’m a massive supra head ! , But when it comes  to leo  you cant even compare me  to him  he is on a way different scale ! Leo lives in Ohio (U.S.A) Leo has the biggest  supra collection ever and has been collecting   supra’s  from  near day one !  Also he founded the best supra forum out there !! (www.suprafootwear.org)  I have been on the forum for a few months now and i’m usually on it everyday.  I’m already a elite member  to the forum ,  Also  I  have a huge respect towards leo , He is a really nice guy and  made a brilliant   forum  for all the  supra collectors to talk  about  the latest  supra’s !!    Leo has not  been buying a lot of supra’s in the past few months but now he is  back with a bang and showing everyone he still is the king of supra !! HEY  LEO   HOW ARE YOU TODAY ?

Sup MRTREMIX. Doing well. Been exceptionally busy with the ongoing stresses of a sneaker head. LOL It’s an honor to be interviewed by you!

WHEN DID YOU GET INTO THE SHOE GAME ?

I’ve always loved shoes, but really got into the game in 2002 after I finally graduated  school and was able to fund the dream.

WHY   HAVE YOU BOUGHT SO MANY SUPRA’S ARE YOU Going to SELL  THEM ON OR JUST KEEP THEM   FOR EVER ?

For the most part if I like the shoe I will cop multiple pairs for myself. 1 to rock the others to stock. I like to keep them as treasure.

As far as reselling I’ve copped a lot of the early releases. This was way back when Supras weren’t popular < 2007.

I really liked the shoes and never realized having 20 Comakazis at one time was going to be a wise investment.

I’m not a rapist when it comes to reselling. There was only one time I was trying to sell the Sample Gold Tks for $5000 but that was a prank. LOL

HOW MANY SUPRA’S DO YOU OWN ?

500 + the last time I counted. But I stopped counting.

WHAT WAS THE FIRST SUPRA YOU EVER BOUGHT ?

The first ones were the Comakazis. I just new they were the perfect design and yeah Lil Wayne wore them and made them more popular, but I was in to them long before.

HOW MANY SAMPLES DO YOU HAVE ?

About 100+ Supra samples. All are deadstock in a dark corner of my storage depot!

WHEN DID YOU GET INTO SUPRA AND WHY ?

I’ve collected Nikes, Adidas and really felt those brands were doing well until the infamous quantity vs quality issues.  So after  discovering the Supra quality and craftmanship I really felt like we were getting a better product. Well these days it’s questionable but hey those were good times.

Everybody needs some fresh scenery sometime. Some people also need to date and meet new people. The same holds true for sneaker collecting in my opinion.

IS THERE ANY OTHER BRANDS OF KICKS  YOU LIKE ?

Nikes, Adidas, Greedy Genius, True Religion, just to name a few.

DO YOU THINK SUPRA IS THE BEST SKATE SHOE OUT THERE ?

Depends if you like ruining $100++ shoes. LOL I do think Supras Vulcanised sole gives proper grip and attitude for most amateur and pro skaters. So whether it’s the flashy TKS, Skytops or Cubans, they’re all great kicks to skate! Compared to certain brands Supras are golden!

DO YOU THINK OVER THE YEARS  SUPRA HAS WHEN  DOWN IN QUALITY ?

I definitely think  I mentioned that earlier. Like all companies they have to look at whats more important to them as a business. So if they have to cut costs like getting rid of the premium tags, extra laces and make changes to stay floating then I’d support it.  But yeah thats a loaded question there!!!!!

HOW  MUCH DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE PAID  FOR ALL YOUR SUPRA’S  ?

500 x roughly $100 each. = $50,000. That can’t be right can it? Well actually some shoes are worth way more than $100 considering I’ve done some crazy customs….

WHATS YOUR MOST FAVORITE MODEL AND WHY ?

I’ve fell in and out of love with a lot of the Supra Models because each one fufills me. Lately I have liked the Cubans because it gives off a smart, distinguished yet low key appearance. Plus they are very affordable. However you have to give props to the OG Supra Skytop Comakazi with the Black Piping. Easily this is one of the most creative, unique designs that the sneaker industry has come up with.

THERES A FEW PEOPLE  WHO THINK YOU WORK FOR SUPRA IS THIS TRUE ?

A lot of people think that just because I’m their number one fan that I must work for Supra. For the record if I did work for Supra wouldn’t this be the perfect marketing ploy.

SUPRA CLOTHING OR KREW ?

Both are great brands. I rock both.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT KREW MAKING SHOES  NOW EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY ?

When you’re hot you gotta keep the hype going.
I congratulate KR3W for being adventurous. If you’ve seen the line of shoes, they’re aimed at a more mature audience. So they’re increasing their customer pool and hopefully expanding their market.

DO YOU  SKATE AND IF SO  ?  DO YOU SKATE WITH SUPRA’S ?

Absolutely Supra!
Unfortunately after  breaking my  left ankle in highschool so skating has  never been the same. No more tricks for me, just straight cruising.

WHY DID YOU START SUPRAFOOTWEAR.ORG ?

The ORG was created to  give credit to a brand that was getting a lot  of love but was only allowed one thread on Solecollector.com
I knew Supra wasn’t just a trend, it was going to be a dynasty. So what better way to build the foundation and allow people from all over the world to share that joy!

WHICH SUPRA FORUM IS BETTER SUPRA TALK OR SUPRAFOOTWEAR.ORG ?

Both forums are Supra related. Some people like Myspace. Some people like Facebook. But as far as one being better than the other, it’s not my place to answer

WILL YOU EVER STOP COLLECTING SUPRA’S ?

There’s unfortunately going to be a time for that. And like I’ve mentioned to my fellow Supra heads, I have to one day pass the ORG down to somebody who will represent the cause.

IM GUESSING YOU ARE THE BIGGEST SUPRA COLLECTOR    ?  HOW COMES  YOU   ARE NOT IN THE GUINNESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS ?
